Several highways use carsons directly. I-405 cuts through the center of the city east to west, runs east from Long Beach, and northwest from Los Angeles International Airport. I-110 runs along the west side of the Carson, north from south central towards downtown Los Angeles, I-710 runs along the east side of the town between Long Beach and East L.A., and finally CA-91 runs east on the north side of the town to Anaheim and Orange County.

The main stadium of the Dignity Health Sports Park has the oldest of the two top teams in the Los Angeles League and was the temporary home of the Los Angeles Chargers from 2017 to 2019. The World Rugby Seven Series of seven national rugby teams (1995), which will be held after 2020, will also host the USA Seven.

• 1 LA Galaxy 18400 Avalon Blvd Park, one of the charters in the Major League of Soccer, Galaxy is best known as one of the three major stars' home, Landon Donovan in the United States, David Beckham in the United Kingdom, and Zlatan Ibrahimovich in Sweden. 
• The reserve side of the LA Galaxy II 18400 Avalon Blvd (City Health Sports Park) MLS Galaxy is held at the Dignity Health Sports Park, the second largest of the USL Championship, but not at the main stadium. Instead, Galaxy II plays at the complex track and field. 
• USA Sevens 18400 Avalon Blvd (Tigliity Health Sports Park) This annual event at a rugby seven from late February to early March is scheduled to return to the original Dignity and Health Sports Park in 2020 after staying in San Diego and Las Vegas. Seven is a variation of the union of rugby, where seven people sit side-by-side instead of fifteen in full size and two-thirds of seven instead of forty. In a short game period, you can play a lot of games per day and complete the entire tournament on weekends. USA Seven is part of the World Rugby Seven Series, which gathers 16 teams (including the U.S.) from 10 events every year and strongly supports the atmosphere of the festival. If you feel like it, it will be a great opportunity to meet people in other parts of the world.      

• 2 VELO Sports Center, 18400 Avalon Blvd VELO Sports Center is a 250-meter indoor race track. It is the only bicycle stadium in the United States. In the home track of the National Land Cycling Program for Cycling in the U.S., an international competition for elite cyclists is held and bicycle classes are offered to the general public.      

• 1 SouthBay Pavilion (formerly Carson Mall), 20700 S Avalon Blvd. The South Bay Pavilion was a partially closed shopping mall opened in 1973. It has a 13-screen movie theater, and there are department stores operated by Burlington, Ikea, JCPenney and Los Dress for Less and Target.
